J Hager | Lead Pastor

J was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky. J and his wife, Natalie, met while serving as volunteer leaders with Young Life on a mission trip to Guatemala in 2003 and were married in 2006. J graduated from Belmont University in 2002 with a B.F.A. in Design Communications. Later, J attended Covenant Seminary and received his M.Div. in 2008 and has been in full-time ministry since, spending seven years at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Nashville serving as the Sr. High Youth and Young Adult’s Pastor. Natalie operates her own interior design business. They are blessed with 2 daughters, Esther Grace and Lucy Mae.

Frankie Holleman | Worship leader

Frankie grew up in a musical family here in Nashville. She met her husband, Spencer, at West End Community Church, and they married in the summer of 2015. They love to play music, play with their puppy, Tele, explore the outdoors, and watch Netflix. Frankie started leading worship in her youth group at the age of 12 and loves to serve the Lord with her passion for music. Frankie feels privileged to lead this congregation!

Allison Hodges | Women's Director

Allison and her husband, Adam, have been been in Nashville for 15 of their 17 married years. They have a Golden Retriever named Aslan and 3 kids: Hannah Whit (14), Austin (11) and Liam (8), in addition to the 200 plus children they serve and love in Masindi, Uganda. She has written a book, “A Highway Will Be There,” on Amazon.com. Allison was raised in Knoxville, has a B.A. from U.N.C. - Chapel Hill and an M.A. in Counseling from the University of Alabama.  She is passionate about food, books and Scripture.

Ashley Cates | Children's ministry

Ashley grew up in Lebanon, 30 minutes east of Nashville. She graduated from MTSU with a degree in Organizational Communication. Ashley enjoys spending time with friends and family, Saturday morning hikes, and all the southern breakfast foods. With six years in ministry including youth ministry, college ministry in India, and refugee resettlement work in Nashville, she has developed a passion for loving and serving people. The wonderful families who make up our congregation have made Flatrock home for Ashley

Hannah Nealon | Administrative Assistant

Hannah and her husband, Daniel, moved to Nashville in 2013 after Hannah graduated from Pepperdine University, in California. They were raised in Denver, Colorado, where both families still reside and where they love to travel back to enjoy their families and the outdoors. They have a son, Eli and a daughter, McClaine.
